How many children can jump at one time?
Industry guidelines dictate the following for safety:The number of children depends upon the age group.- For a 13 x 13 moonwalk—under the age of 9 years—maximum at one time = 6 kids.
- A 15 x 15 moonwalk—under the age of 9 years—maximum at one time = 8 kids.

What should I do to get ready for our moonwalk?
The first thing you need to do is measure. Make sure you know where you want it and there is enough room. Please make sure that your outside plug is working-- test it! We need electricity within 100 feet. The next thing is to mow your lawn the day before, not the same day or the morning of the party. It will help keep the moonwalk clean for you kids and the equipment. Also, if you have a dog, clean the yard of doodoo before we come!
How much space do I need to have a moonwalk?
If you were to add two feet to the dimension you are renting, you would have the right amount of space needed. For example a 13 x 13 moonwalk requires a 15 x 15 space. Check overhead space, also. Most moonwalks will be 17 feet tall, so low hanging branches or electrical lines must be considered.
Will you call me the week of my party?
Yes. We will call you the week of your party. We will also call you the morning of your party when your delivery is loaded—we start deliveries as early as 8:00 a.m. We want to make sure you are ready for us by having cars out of the driveway, the area where you want the moonwalk cleared out, and clear access to the area.
